The BONUS – 3D BULLET is imported into After Effects as 3d object (not like a prerendered footage), i.e. you can move it, rotate, scale it – like any other 3d object inside After Effects.

This is an After Effects project file, for After Effects CS4. Width – 1280 px, height – 720, frame rate – 29.97 fps. (HDV/HDTV 720 29.97)
